It's one of those things that we naturally seem to overlook.  We know that we need a venue, food, music, photography, flowers, but we seem to think that we can juggle all of the details that day ourselves and still manage to look flawless.

 

Event District offers stylish services for your wedding or event.  Our attention to detail, sense of style, flexibility and ability to understand and execute our client's vision is the key to our success.  Having a day of coordinator is the stress reliever you need when you have done the planning on your own, but need a professional to see that the big day runs perfectly! You shouldn't have to worry if the DJ has arrived or if the buffet is ready on time, just that you enjoy the day!

Your wedding day is about romance, passion and celebrating a huge milestone moment in your life.  Our goal is to ensure all your hard work, planning and attention to detail are executed as you would want.  When working with Event District, you will quickly realize that your wedding is just as important to us as it is to you and your family.  Let us be a part of your moment and make it truly memorable!

 

Packages:

Basic pricing includes, but is not limited to, the following.  Customization is available if you would like additional services.  Please contact us for more information and to set up a free consultation.

~ Up to 10 hours of coordination on day of wedding

~ Available by phone or e-mail leading up to the wedding

~ Initial information meeting 8 weeks before the wedding
~ Final site walk through 4 weeks before the wedding

~ Create itinerary for your wedding day and forward to vendors.

~ Contact vendors before the wedding to confirm delivery time, parking and loading details.

~Oversee/run rehearsal 1-2 days prior to wedding

~Assist with set-up (place guest book, place cards, seating chart, table numbers, programs, unity ceremony, etc)

~Ensure desired items are sent home with the correct person/people after wedding

 

Ceremony & Reception at same venue: $750.00

 

Ceremony & Reception at separate venues: $1000.00

*includes assistant coordinator

PRIVATE FUNCTIONS

Whether an event or private party, if it is important to you,  it is important to us.  When you need someone on the day of, to oversee all the details you've worked so hard to put together, turn to us.  Let us be the the main point of contact for all vendors and troubleshoot last minute issues, letting you enjoy the moment you worked so hard for!
